My client, a market leading, UK based Environmental Consultancy, is searching for an Assistant Flood Risk Consultant to join their Team of Engineers and Consultants based in Warrington.
Applicants are required to have a BSc or in a related discipline including Geography, Environmental Science or Environmental Management and have a keen interest in Flood Risk, Drainage and Environmental Monitoring.
Candidates are required to have a valid driving licence to attend site visits and have experience writing Flood Risk Assessments.
As an Assistant Flood Risk Consultant you will have the opportunity to be trained to complete Flood Risk, Drainage and Environmental Monitoring Projects for Local Authorities, Water Companies, Private Sector Clients and Housing Developers.
Candidates will be trained to complete;
-Flood Risk Assessments.
-Drainage Strategy and Drainage Design using Microdrainage and AutoCAD.
-Environmental Impact Assessments.
-Environmental Monitoring of Water Treatment Plants, Data Analysis and Interpretation.
-Frequently attend site visits to collect data from Water Treatment Plants.
